Children aged 4 through 12 will go through a light cardio workout combined with light weights.
Bring a friend with you and get the funniest coordinating fitness training session ever! You’ll learn how to use the correct form with working out and will have the opportunity to get your workout on film at NO additional cost.
This class will be intense yet fun! We’ll learn how to shake, pop, drop while dropping calories in a fun filled environment!
